Please download all materials for a section prior to watching the video. To download files on this page, right-click the link and select “Save Target As...“ Then navigate to a directory of your choice and click the Save button.

We recommend that you download the videos prior to watching them. To do this, right-click on a video and select "Save Target As..." You will then be able to play the video after the download has completed without the need to pause and buffer the video stream. This is especially recommended for people who do not have a very fast internet connection. If you experience difficulties downloading the high quality versions of the videos, we suggest that you use the lower quality versions.

If you are using a Mac, you may need to download Windows Media Player for Mac to view the videos.
