Terms and Conditions:

• The WSBA-CLE PowerPass may be used to register for eligible WSBA-CLE single-day or less programs, including webcasts, between January 1 and December 31, 2013. (The PowerPass may not be used to register for those seminars held in conjunction with a WSBA Section's Annual or Midyear Meeting or certain other programs identified as non-PowerPass-eligible in the promotional materials.)
• No extensions will be granted or refunds issued if the PowerPass is not fully used before December 31, 2013. WSBA-CLE reserves the right to limit the number of PowerPasses sold during any calendar year.
• The Silver and Gold Enhanced PowerPasses Plus are transferable with the purchaser's permission. The Bronze Personal PowerPass is personal to the purchaser and cannot be transferred.
• Registrations with a PowerPass will be cancelled only if written cancellation is received, postmarked or faxed by 5:00 p.m. three business days before the seminar. PowerPass registrants who do not attend and do not cancel in a timely manner will receive a coursebook following the program and will be charged a PowerPass use.
• If the course materials for a seminar consist of or include a WSBA-CLE Deskbook or Deskbook Supplement, the PowerPass is valid only for the portion of the tuition attributable to the Seminar; the Deskbook or Deskbook Supplement must be purchased separately. The PowerPass may not be used toward the purchase of CLE products (such as coursebooks, recorded seminars, or Deskbooks.) The PowerPass may not be used for pre-recorded online seminars ("WSBA-CLE ON DEMAND" or MP3), nor as a partial payment towards a program over one day in length.
• Use of the PowerPass may not be combined with any other discount coupon, credit coupon, or voucher unless authorized by the WSBA-CLE Director.
• The 2013 PowerPass expires 12/31/2013 and cannot be used to register for programs occurring in 2014.
