Product Description:

This 7-part recorded seminar series is designed to engage lawyers participating or interested in participating in the WSBA Moderate Means Program in meeting the needs of a growing moderate means population. The series focuses on helping lawyers build a successful and sustainable practice that incorporates representation of moderate means clients.

This recorded CLE gives you an overview of all the components in a law office and how they work together, in an effort to give you a sense of where the holes may be in your own infrastructure, as well as what products or procedures you can adopt to improve your workflow and systems for more efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction. Topics include:
  • Essential protocols and procedures for the law office
  • Law office technology
  • Billable models
  • Marketing
  • Handling an initial client meeting
  • Handling high conflict personalities
  • Ethics and professionalism
Each lesson is one hour long and comes with a self-study guide to help you acquire more in-depth knowledge and apply the skills covered in each lesson.

By the end of the series you should be able to accomplish and create all the necessary components needed to run an efficient office with a moderate means clientele focus.
