How should attorneys approach issues such as confidentiality, client communication, and consent while working with juvenile clients? What if the juvenile client also suffers from trauma? What if he or she recently moved to the United States from a foreign country and/or has limited English-language skills? In this 90 minute CLE, faculty members will provide attorneys with best practices for competently and ethically representing juvenile clients with unique challenges and special needs.
