Although many say lawyers and the legal profession have not been quick to change with the “times”, some agree the future of the delivery of legal services and the practice of law is here and there is a demand for change.   Whether the change is dictated by change in consumers, the effort to improve the delivery of and affordable access to legal services, outside influences, or technology innovations, there is no doubt that change is already occurring.   To be relevant to consumers, the profession must become client-focused, finding new ways to meet the needs of the public.  This presentation discusses what is happening in the legal industry, including: What are the impacts to your business?  How are attorneys at adapting to change?  How can we/should we be better?
