What is a Live Webcast?
  • Just like attending a live seminar in person, you attend a webcast at a scheduled time, only you do it from your computer.
  • A webcast includes real-time video and audio of the speakers, slides, and downloadable written course materials (if applicable), plus real-time Q&A with the presenters, facilitated by a moderator.
  • Immediately after you register online for this webcast, you will receive an email confirmation that contains the webcast instructions.
  • Still have questions about WSBA-CLE’s webcast? Email them here.

Thank you for your interest in this program.
Registration for in-person attendance is now closed.  We do accept day-of seminar registration. You may choose to bring a laptop or electronic device to access the electronic course materials.  Registration to attend via webcast remains open. To select that option, please select “Attend via webcast” from the drop down menu.

Presented in partnership with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section

Morning sessions will walk through early mediation, mediation design, client preparation, pre-session preparation, ethics and common dilemmas. We switch gears slightly during the later afternoon and call upon you as an attendee to apply what you learned during the earlier sessions and to participate in small group mock mediations. Experienced mediators and litigators will be available to coach and mentor you through this activity.
