Join us for a half day program focused on veterans’ legal issues. Come away with an increased awareness of key considerations and aspects of the veteran experience to inform advocacy when working with veteran clients. Topics will cover a basic introduction of some of the legal issues veterans commonly encounter, including the following: the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act,
Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, as well as estate planning and probate issues.
