This program will look at ethical and legal considerations for collecting, aggregating, and using consumer and personal data. The mini-CLE will introduce potential issues for attorneys advising clients who collect, purchase, sell, or use consumer data. This program will be thought provoking  as it explores the ethical impacts of data collection on competition and consumer protection.
