Product Description:

Early mediation models are analyzed, including the Circuit Court of Cook County Domestic Relations mediation service in Chicago. A detailed review of this service, which provides mediation for nonfinancial parenting issues and focuses on parenting plans, will be presented by David Royko, Psy. D, Director of the Marriage & Family Counseling Service, and Cookie Levits, J.D., and Sharon Zingery, M.A., two professional mediators associated with the service. A panel of Washington family law practitioners will respond to the ideas presented as they pertain to the Washington court process and will also discuss how passage of HB 1353 on mandatory mediation in family law cases involving children may affect that process.
