It will explore AI technology from the Rules of Professional Conduct vantage point and consider Competence and Confidentiality, among other rules. We will take a quick look at fiasco cases where attorneys used artificial intelligence and made colossal and preventable errors. Using the RPCs we will discuss how to avoid ethical missteps.
