Access to justice is a fundamental right. Individuals with a sensory, cognitive, or physical disability, may face challenges gaining access to courthouses. Learn about the resources available and Washington State General Court Rule 33 (GR 33). Hon. Judge Whedbee will speak briefly on access to courts, GR 33 and how it is intended to give people with disabilities equal and meaningful access to the judicial system. In addition, meet the Public Access Specialist for King County Superior Court, Ronda Bliey, she is the point of contact for the people in need of accommodation at King County Superior Court.
