The Administrative Law Section is designed to serve the interests of public and private sector attorneys who work with state and local regulatory agencies to improve and facilitate the administration of justice in administrative law. Members include assistant attorney generals, city attorneys (on private contract as well as public employees), county prosecutors who work on regulatory matters, and private practitioners who either contract to represent government entities or who represent clients subject to government regulation.
The Section provides benefits to members by exchanging ideas and sharing knowledge, sponsoring several Mini-CLEs and receptions each year, and publishing deskbooks and supplements. The Section also sponsors the Homan Award and scholarships to law students.
For more information on the many benefits of section membership, see the Administrative Law Section website. For general questions, please e-mail inquiries to sections@wsba.org.
