This is an encore presentation of a seminar highlighting some of the latest updates in technology related to litigation. A significant portion of this program focuses on artificial intelligence (AI), including a general overview of generative AI and its implications for legal professionals, how AI can replicate bias and unfairness, and the rise of deepfakes in the courtroom. Faculty will also share best practices for using technology to increase courtroom accessibility and working with uncommon data types in eDiscovery.
