Join us online for an encore presentation of a CLE program on True to Life Title Issues. Join us for a half-day seminar dedicated exclusively to title. Our faculty includes a mix of experienced Limited Practice Officer (LPO) and attorney practitioners in this field. Topics to be discussed include Homeowner Benefit Agreements (HBAs), insuring easements, contract assignments, and title issues that arise in probate.
The title of this seminar was taken directly from an anonymous comment left on one of our seminar evaluation surveys. Thank you to the member who submitted that comment!
