Learn strategies to interrupt, recover from and manage the denial of the expression of bias as microaggressions. Exploration of practical steps individuals and institutions can take to address implicit bias and microaggressions as individuals, supervisors, employees and institutionally.

This session contains exercises that will take an additional 30 minutes to complete. All exercises must be completed in order to claim full credit for viewing this program.
