  • Track 1: Criminal Law and Procedure
    Sessions include: Rules of Engagement; Building a Defense; Collateral Consequences and Alternatives
  • Track 2: Motions, Negotiations, and Trial
    Sessions include: Motions: Shaping Your Case Before Trial; Preparing for Trial: Common Defenses, Testimony, and Experts; Resolving a Case Short of Trial
  • Track 3: Introduction to Felonies
    Sessions include: Scoring Basics – SRA 101; Enhancements, Exceptional Sentences and Aggravators, and Alternatives; Final Considerations for the New Attorney
Optional homework is assigned between sessions, giving you an opportunity to apply the concepts learned and earn extra CLE credit.*
