The Washington State Bar Association is pleased to offer the 2024 Practice Primer seminar which focuses on Business Law. Our 2024 Practice Primer Business Law tracks are:

  • Track 1: Formation Fundamentals
    Sessions include: Initial Interview, Choice of Entity, Papering the Deal
  • Track 2: Contract Basics
    Sessions include: Terms and Definitions, Common Documents, Logistics and Ethics
  • Track 3: Thinking Like a General Counsel
    Sessions include: Ancillary Practice Areas, Ownership Transfers and Deals, Protecting the Busienss from the Expected and the Unexpected

Within each track, optional homework is assigned between sessions, giving you an opportunity to apply the concepts learned and earn extra CLE credit.*
