Led by attorney and coach, Darcel Lobo, from the Solo & Small Practice Section, this two-hour Mastermind session is open to a maximum of 6 (six) solo/small firm owners (owners of a legal practice with no more than 10 [ten] licensed legal professionals). The objective of the Mastermind session is to have open dialogue about pressing issues in your solo/small practice and problem solve in a group setting. Please note that due to the confidential nature of this workshop, it will not be accredited or recorded.
How would you like to brainstorm ideas with other solo and small firm attorneys who have experience in your journey as a law firm owner? You will have the opportunity to have your obstacles heard, analyzed, and solved by fellow colleagues who have been there and have figured out solutions to the very problem you’re facing.
Even though we may be solo and small firm owners, we don’t have to run our law firms in isolation. For this session, bring the biggest law firm marketing or law firm management obstacle you’re facing and leave with a specific action plan.
Note: This intensive preconference session requires preregistration and has a firm maximum capacity of 6 (six) solo/small firm owners.
