The 2026 Criminal Law Practice Primer provides a solid foundation for new practitioners with three learning tracks that build upon one another. Taught from the defense perspective, each track consists of three sessions on the following topics:
- Track 1 (January): Criminal Law and Procedure
- Track 2 (February): Motions, Negotiations, and Trial
- Track 3 (March): Introduction to Felonies
Sessions are held on the last three Wednesdays of each month from 8:55 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
Participants can earn additional CLE credit by completing assigned homework. Each track consists of up to 7.0 CLE credits, with the entire series offering up to 21.0 CLE credits.
New Members licensed for less than ten years in Washington can attend for only $79.00 per track. Members who do not qualify for the New Member Pricing can benefit from a tuition discount by purchasing all three tracks for $600.00.
