The panelists will discuss issues regarding the increasing proliferation of AI-generated documents in bankruptcy court, with a special emphasis on filings by self-represented parties. The discussion will include consideration of methods that courts or parties in interest may consider adopting to mitigate the harms of abusive AI-generated filings.
