This program will offer a detailed hiring roadmap to firms and other legal organizations looking to recruit law school students and recent graduates. It will better inform employers of the law school calendar and all the ways that employers can reach law students and recent graduates, from networking and mentoring to on-campus interviews and direct hiring. Employers will also learn more about the perspectives of the newer generation of law students and proven strategies to cultivate and retain new talent as they grow with your practice. Finally, the session will demystify how employers can maximize the free, often underutilized career services departments located in their own backyards.
