ASSUMPTION OF RISK CLAUSE
I read, understand, and agree to all Tickets terms and conditions available at www.mariners.com/ticketback, and I will abide by the rules and regulations of the Baseball Club of Seattle, LLLP, d/b/a the Seattle Mariners. I understand and acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my actions during the event while using or occupying the Suite, the Ballpark, or adjacent grounds or structures. 

I recognize that there are foreseeable and unforeseeable risks and hazards directly or inherently involved in my participation in this event and that the WSBA has no control over such dangers and makes no representations of safety. In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the event, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event, including but not limited to all risk of loss of life; physical and emotional injuries; serious illnesses such as infectious and non-infectious diseases, and/or conditions arising from my participation in this event or associated with developing or pre-existing conditions, accidents, property loss or damage, and other hazards. I also assume all risks and dangers incidental to baseball games, whether occurring before, during, or after the actual playing of the game, including, without limitation, the danger of being injured by thrown bats or thrown or batted balls or other objects or by others in attendance.
