This entity is authorized by the Washington Supreme Court to provide legal services as part of the Washington Pilot Project for Entity Regulation. Under this authorization, some legal services may be:
- delivered by professionals who are not licensed lawyers,
- provided in ways not available outside the Pilot Project, or
- offered by a business that is owned fully or partially by individuals who are not licensed to practice law.
