Is There a Need for a World Court of Human Rights? (August 2025)

  • ON-DEMAND SEMINAR

This program addresses whether there is or is not a need for a global venue to adjudicate violations of human rights. This court would serve as an independent and authoritative tribunal focused on fundamental justice, particularly for grievances that transcend national boundaries, where local recourse fails, and where no regional human rights system exists. Understand types of cases this court would and would not hear, whom it is and is not meant to serve, and arguments for and against instituting it.
