Description: A. Lynn Rivera (WSBA No. 846LPO, admitted 1987) of New Castle, voluntarily cancelled her LPO license in lieu of further disciplinary proceedings, effective 03/02/2022. The Limited Practice Officer agrees that she is aware of the alleged misconduct in disciplinary counsel's Statement of Alleged Misconduct and rather than defend against the allegations, she wishes to permanently resign from membership in the Association. The Statement of Alleged Misconduct reflects the following violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct: 1.7 (Truthfulness in Statements to Others), 1.10 (Misconduct), and 1.12A (Safeguarding Property). Henry Cruz acted as disciplinary counsel. A. Lynn Rivera represented herself.
