Jackman (WSBA No. 3122LPO, admitted 1998) of Kennewick, was reprimanded, effective 1/28/2025, by the Limited Practice Board after the Hearing Officer issued an Order approving the Stipulation to Reprimand. The LPO’s conduct violated the following Limited Practice Officer Rules of Professional Conduct (LPORPC): LPORPC 1.2, LPORPC 1.9, LPORPC 1.12A(h), and LPORPC 1.12B(a). Sachia Stonefeld Powell represented the Bar Association. David J. Elkanich represented the Respondent. Diana M. Dearmin was the hearing officer.
