Description: Karina A. Gomez-Silva (License No. 183LLLT, admitted 2022) of Yakima, was suspended for 9 months, effective May 5, 2026, by order of the Washington Supreme Court. By omitting “LLLT” on pleadings filed in Superior Court and by failing to identify as an LLLT during a hearing, the LLLT violated the following Limited License Legal Technician Rules of Professional Conduct (LLLT RPC): LLLT RPC 7.1(a) and (b)(communications concerning an LLLT’s services) and LLLT RPC 8.4(d)(conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice). Thea Jennings acted as disciplinary counsel. Leland G. Ripley represented the respondent.
