Michael A. Cartelli (WSBA No. 19710, admitted 1990), of Arcadia, California, was suspended for 90 days, effective July 6, 2007, by order of the Washington State Supreme Court imposing reciprocal discipline in accordance with an order of the Supreme Court of the State of California following approval of a stipulation. Mr. Cartelli’s conduct violated California Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 4-100(B)(4), which requires an attorney to promptly pay or deliver, as requested by the client, any funds, securities, or other properties in the possession of the member which the client is entitled to receive.
