This seminar will cover a brief description of the Mexican legal system and a description of the regulations that unify the US and Mexico. An introduction of the Mexican legal system will explore its origins and foundation, its principles and structure, and conclude with a discussion of its justice system and legal procedures and the challenges going forward. The panelists will then discuss the impact of international treaties and organizations, including the USMCA. The seminar will conclude with a discussion of the relationship between WSBA and the Mexican Bar Association.
