Join us for a one-hour CLE featuring a cross sector panel examining how law and policy are responding to the harms and opportunities of social media. Danica Noble will moderate a conversation with Joe Kanada from the Washington Attorney General’s Office, Matt Bergman of the Social Media Victims Law Center, and Representative Lisa Callan (5th LD). Together, they will discuss emerging litigation trends, current and proposed legislative responses in Washington, and practical considerations for practitioners navigating this rapidly evolving landscape.
A pizza lunch will be served before the CLE from 12:30-1:00 p.m.

to the start of the event. For in-person registrations, tuition fees may be refunded, less $25 for processing, for written cancellations
postmarked, emailed, or faxed by 5 p.m. up to three business days before the event. No refunds will be provided after the dates specified. You
may also send a substitute in lieu of canceling.
