Join us for the first session of a two-part series for attorneys seeking a comprehensive understanding of Social Security disability benefits.

In this 101-level session, you’ll learn about starting, completing, or appealing Social Security disability benefits claims. You can expect to learn more about what SSA considers disability, how they assess disability, and what their current processes look like. In the second half of the session, we will address the ethics of working with clients in crisis and with diminished capacity.
