This CLE will be presented by the Lavender Rights Project, a Black Trans led organization that focuses on advancing gender self-determination, collective safety, and community-rooted systems of care. The CLE will discuss how the law impacts people with marginalized intersection identities, why intersectionality is important to consider in legal work, and how to work with clients who have intersectional identities.
