The amendment to Admission and Practice Rule (APR) 11, effective Sept. 1, 2022, requires that one of the six Ethics CLE credits per reporting period be in the topic of equity, inclusion, and the mitigation of both implicit and explicit bias in the legal profession and the practice of law. Starting with the 2023-2025 MCLE reporting period, licensed legal professionals will be required to report and certify fulfillment of the new credit requirement. For more information, please see here or contact MCLE at mcle@wsba.org. Enter "Equity Ethics" in the search field on the WSBA CLE store for content accredited in this credit category.
